Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your Orvante account and the personal data associated with it. Orvante is a personal astrology and self-guidance application. You can delete your account at any time — directly in the app, or by contacting us.

1. Delete your account inside the app

The fastest way to delete your account and data is from within the Orvante app:

• Open the Orvante app.
• Go to the Profile tab.
• Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
• Confirm when prompted. Your account and associated personal data are permanently deleted.

2. Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, you can request deletion by email. Write to orvante.app@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete my account." We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

3. What data is deleted

When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify the personal information associated with it, including:

• Account information — your name and email address.
• Birth details — your date, time, and place of birth.
• Content you provided — in-app chat messages and preferences.
• Generated content — your astrological chart, readings, guidance, and trackers created for you.
• Account records — profile and subscription status tied to your account.

4. What may be retained

We may retain a limited amount of information where we are required to do so for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security purposes — for example, transaction records held by Apple or Google for their required period. Any such data is kept only for as long as legally required, and is then deleted or de-identified. We do not sell your personal information.
